William E. Huber is a life long resident of St. Marys, Ohio. He is a 1961 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, Ohio and a 1965 graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, with a bachelors in Science and Education and a Juris Doctor in 1968.

He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and all Courts and Agencies of the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States District Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

He is a member and past president of the Auglaize County Bar Association. In the past he has served as the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of Auglaize County, Ohio and the Assistant Law Director for the City of St. Marys, Ohio. He has been active in his community serving as member and past president, past state director of the St. Marys Jaycees. He was the state vice-president of the Ohio Jaycees and is a member of the Junior Chamber International Senate. He has been a trustee and past president of the St. Marys Chamber of Commerce, has served as a chairman of the St. Marys City Recreational Advisory Board, a general chairman of the St. Marys City United Way, President of the St. Marys National Little League, Trustee of the St. Marys Community Improvement Corporation, member of the Mayor's Downtown Revitalization Committee, Chairman of the St. Marys Civil Service Commission and a member of the Auglaize County Board of Elections.

He has received recognition as the St. Marys Outstanding Jaycee, the Ohio Jaycee Presidential Award of Honor, has been selected for inclusion in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law. Mr. Huber was the first recipient of the Ohio Northern University College of Law, Public Interest and Pro Bono Services Award
